Dear customer
There is a degradation of partner service that impacts EAN (Expedia) hotels, resulting with failed bookings for EAN hotels. Issue has been reported to the partner service. In the meantime, EAN hotels won’t be shown and you won’t be able to cancel bookings.
We are raising the incident type to major.
Partner has identified the issue yesterday, but is still trying to address the issue.
