Airplus Planned Maintenance Notification from 2026-07-24 05:00 CEST to 2026-07-24 11:00 CEST

Dear colleagues,

AirPlus will perform scheduled maintenance on the AirPlus Virtual Cards system and AirPlus authorization system on 24 July 2026 from 05:00 AM to 11:00 AM CEST (UTC+2).

A service downtime of approximately 1 hour is expected between 06:00 – 07:00 CEST (UTC+2).

Expected Impact

• VCC generation (for customers who don’t use VCC pool) will be failed, which means bookings will be failed
• VCC authorization will be failed, which means the attempts to charge VCC will be failed
